Helping you switch to apetito

We understand that switching suppliers or changing your method of catering can be unnerving. After all, mealtimes are a crucial part of your care home service, and you'll want to get it right from the start. That's why we provide care homes with a planned programme of support and a dedicated account manager.

Your dedicated manager

You'll be assigned a dedicated account manager from the start. They'll set up your account, provide help to get you started and share expertise on making the best of apetito's meals and support. They'll also provide hands-on help on day one to ensure a seamless launch.

Tailored programmes and training

We’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly from day one, with a tailored programme of training and support. Before you launch, you can expect a review of your facilities and your residents’ meal preferences and dietary requirements. We’ll offer advice on planning menus as well as storing, preparing and serving apetito meals.

We’ll also provide training on our support tools, such as our nutritional database and eOrdering system

Ongoing support and review

Once you’re up and running, we don’t just leave you to it. Your dedicated manager, our in-house dietitian and a team of advisers are always available to help. Plus, we conduct regular reviews to ensure you make the most of your apetito partnership.

This will include satisfaction surveys, a review of cost performance, waste audits and a regular fine-tuning of your meal choices based on residents’ feedback.
