  2. We aim for each order to be correctly delivered, punctually at a convenient time, with efficient after-sales administration
  3. Your Customer Service Advisor has a back-up team and structure to ensure queries are dealt with promptly
  4. Your Customer Service Advisor is efficient, flexible and reliable.
  5. If you are not satisfied with any products we will replace them free of charge.
  6. We will let you know of any problems immediately and respond promptly and efficiently.
  7. We set high standards, monitor continually and constantly look for ways to improve.

Each and every customer has a personal Customer Service Advisor who is dedicated to the smooth running of your account. Here’s how.

  • They are knowledgeable about your company and product range
  • They will aim to establish a professional relationship to encourage better service and customer understanding
  • They will be contactable on a direct telephone number or by calling the Customer Service Centre on 0870 60 52 293
  • They will call you straight back if they are engaged.
  • They will advise other members of the team if they are unavailable
  • They will be on hand during normal office hours; Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
