New Franchisee Development Executive

Due to continued business expansion WFF are seeking a New Franchise Development Executive. The main function of this challenging, yet rewarding role will be to provide mobilization support to new franchisees and operational support to current franchisees.This role involves assistance with strategic commercial planning and implementation.Key functions in addition to the above include recruitment of new franchisees, business development planning and monitoring, development of new systems and procedures and assistance with various commercial projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent planning skills and be influential communicators with the ability to help shape and implement change.Strong presentation skills along with the capacity to be flexible and negotiate with franchisees on a 1-2-1 basis is key.
