Key aspects of the role include the Mobilisation of new franchise areas and providing training and on site support to new franchisees.Ideally you will have previous franchise experience and experience of the Food Industry.

Further key aspects of the role include:

• Organising mail-outs to customers transferring over to the new franchise.
• Round planning – restructuring for optimum performance and customer service.
• Training of drivers, pickers and telesales staff.
• Assistance with stock control planning & ordering.
• Dealing with operational issues at franchise level
• Assisting with Nexis training.
• Assistance with the recruitment of new franchisees – working closely with the WFF Director and Business Development Controller. This will involve meetings and presentations with potential new franchisees and site visits as required.
• Managing Regional Meetings, working with the Business Development Controller – including booking venues, confirming attendees and issuing minutes.
• Assisting with organisation of the WFF National Conference – including researching venues, accommodation and exhibitors.
• Developing Intranet and website communication systems for the WFF network working closely with the apetito IT department.
• Working closely with the WFF Director and Business Development Controller (BDC) to producing franchisee business planning information.
