Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Business Development Manager to assist with developing Wiltshire Farm Foods, supporting 30 franchises in Northern England, Scotland & Ireland.

We're looking for an individual who shares our hunger for success and can help lift our business to a new level, based on an understanding of how to aquire new customers and by retaining those who already love the Wiltshire Farm Foods brand.

Wiltshire Farm Foods operates through a nationwide network of carefully selected and strongly supported Franchises. The Business Development Manager will be key in the continued development of the network. You will work closely with the Franchises to identify and progress Business challenges and to share best practice in operating and promoting their Franchises.

With the presence to inspire confidence, the negotiating skills to win support for new strategies, demonstrated business understanding and absolute commitment to improving bottom line performance you will ensure Wiltshire Farm Foods rapid growth is sustained.
