Product Development Manager

The successful candidate will make a major contribution to sales growth through innovative product development and effective management of the Development Technologist team.

Reporting to the Head of Product Development, key responsibilities will be managing the delivery of the Product Development programme and assigned projects.

Key focus areas are:

Management of the team of Development technologists

1. Continuous improvement
2. Development of processes and procedures
3. Development of new market sectors and support of key business projects
4. Process changes

Demonstrable experience of successfully managing multi-project and cross functional development programmes and effective people management is pivotal to this role.  Along with a thorough understanding of the Development process.
