Neil joined apetito in 2008 having spent the majority of his career in customer-facing roles across the supply chain industry.

Having spent nearly ten years in the Marks & Spencer food supply chain, Neil was part of the start up team for on-line grocer Ocado, before taking an opportunity to run supply chain operations in Australia and New Zealand for industrial giants BOC.

Neil is convinced that delivery of great customer experiences is a key way in which businesses can set themselves apart from the competition, so he was delighted to find a business that shares the same point of view.

Married with two young children, Neil is a keen cricketer with Bristol CC, as well as an RFU accredited coach with Clifton Juniors RFC. He figured that if he was going to have to give up his Sunday mornings in the dead of winter, he may as well get involved!
